Universal: The Language School

We students took placement tests the first day we were here, and I ended up in a class with some of the most advanced BCA students in the group. I was pretty confident about the written part of the exam, but I cannot communicate nearly as well as the rest of my class in terms of listening and speaking. We attend class five or six hours per day, and the time always goes surprisingly quickly. The class, or at least my teacher, changes each of the three weeks we're here. The first week was excellent. My class is at a level in which we’ve been taught all of the tenses, but need to increase our vocabulary and practice using those forms. So we played a lot of games, like Scrabble (which I try to avoid in English), Dictionary (seriously - Hostetler Thanksgiving all over again), and Scattegories (I miss you, modmates!). This week we spend most of the morning talking about all kinds of things, from telepathy to skinny dipping. As for homework, we usually have to put together an outline for a speech or something similar. These are my classmates with our lovely teacher from last week:
